The Company reserves the right to adjust quotes and estimates if there are changes in material costs, labor costs, or project scope.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement or proposal. Typically, a deposit is required before work commences, with subsequent payments made at predetermined milestones.
All payments are due within 14 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified.
Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 1.5% per month.
The Company reserves the right to suspend work if payments are not made according to the agreed schedule.
6. Project Timeline
Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond the Company's control, including but not limited to weather conditions, material availability, and regulatory approvals.

8. Warranties and Guarantees
The Company provides a warranty on workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of project completion, unless otherwise specified.
Material warranties are limited to those provided by the manufacturers.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or lack of maintenance.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, and documents created by the Company remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Client may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for any purpose other than the specific project for which they were created without the Company's written consent.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement and fails to remedy the breach within 14 days of receiving notice.
In the event of termination, the Client is responsible for paying for all work completed up to the date of termination.
The Company reserves the right to retain any materials or equipment until all outstanding payments are made.
11. Liability
The Company's liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the specific project.
The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The Client is responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance coverage for the property during and after the project.
12. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, and material shortages.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
